1. DIE HEAD

The die head is designed to minimize pressure loss in continuous production.
The die head is designed for easy screen exchange and head cleaning.
The die nozzle maintains high quality at high temperature by using special steel.
When processing highly abrasive materials such as GF reinforced nylon, specially-heat-treated special steel die nozzle is used. When processing the materials emitting corrosive gases, corrosion-proof die nozzle is used.In addition to making the standard dies, hot-cutting-dies, UWC dies and film dies are available. Screen changing time can be shortened by adding screen changer.

2.SCREW ELEMENT &SHAFT & BARREL

The screw geometry provides efficient conveying, pressure build-up and self containing action.

The modular design of the processing section allows the extruder to be operated as a mixer, devolatiser or reactor.

This screw compounding system upgrades raw plastic material into a product having properties tailored to its final application. The process include the simple conversion of powder into pellets as well as removal of large quantities of solvents and volatilizes. It is designed to meet all compounding requirements such as pigments and additive master batches, Engineering Polymers and all Thermoplastics production

4.1. Torque Limiter

A torque limiter is an automatic device that protects mechanical equipment, or its work, from damage by mechanical overload. A torque limiter may limit the torqueby slipping (as in a friction plate slip-clutch), or uncouple the load entirely (as in a shear pin). The action of a torque limiter is especially useful to limit any damage due to crash stops and jams.

5.1. Control system

Automatic control system to control the operation according to the inputs/outputs set up that entered by the user.The control system  controls the temperatures of the extruder components, screw speed,raw material feed rate and raw materials feed ratio at optimal conditions.
